• This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which  Velden Botanicals S.A. and its subsidiaries (“Velden”) collects, uses and treats your personal information obtained:

  3. when you make use of our website;
• We respect your privacy and your personal information. For this reason, we take all reasonable measures, in accordance with this Privacy Policy, to protect your personal information and to keep it confidential, even after you are no longer our customer.

• Unless defined elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, terms used herein bear the meanings ascribed to them in the website terms and conditions of use.

• Velden voluntarily subscribes to the principles outlined in section 51 of the ECT Act, which govern your right to have your personal information kept private. In summary:
